A trip to “Huts Pooh”

Date of execution: 2014-06-07.

With Pass Wyżnia leads the shortest way to the back Połoniny Wetlińska, to a place where the only shelter on the Polonina, Atka Puchatka.
We set out from the parking lot at the Pass Wyżnia and climb up the yellow trail to the so-called. Way of the Horse, where the trail intersects with the black trail leading to the Upper Wetlinka and where the trail begins herbaceous, leading to the ridge Połoniny Wetlińska. After the initial walk through the forest, during which little can be seen beyond the typical forest views and by serving even before World War II taking-down hay pastures, we arrive at the end of the slope Połoniny, which over the treetops, you can see the massif of the Great and Little Rawka and peaks Połoniny Wetlińska. Połonina Caryńska, although the closest, is hidden behind the slope, after which we climb. With every meter height extends driven more and more views. Finally, the peak appears proud Połoniny Caryńskie and on the ridge, which you can see the building going hostels.
From the ridge pastures Wetlińska, near the hostel, spread beautiful views in all directions. Paradoxically shelter, which are here only and by all the expected attraction and located near the weather station devices interfere with this charming landscape. In particular, this applies to the shelters and buildings surrounding it, which are an example of randomness and lack of attention to detail. But this is not, in principle, no exception, like color are not many places in our mountains. Overall, however, the number of items in beautiful surroundings blurred unpleasant sensation caused turmoil and chaos architectural shelters and ancillary buildings.
