The once residence Raczynski, owners of primogeniture Obrzyckiego (Ordinance Obrzyckie), beautifully situated on the bank of the Warta, is now owned by the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. It serves as the home of creative work and a hotel. After renovation of this property, which took place a few years ago all the buildings restored to their former glory. The beautiful surroundings of the palace is also: park and garden. The picture shown standing in front of the palace of the old well.
