City Hall in Bielsko – White was built in the years 1895-1897. Was built in neo-Renaissance style, designed by Emanuel Rosta on behalf of Municipal Savings Bank and City Council of the White. The inspiration for the designer was the Palace of Justice in Vienna. Earlier, on the site of City Hall was Bovine Market, where people traded livestock, hence the old name of the Town Hall Square – Square Pig. Another of his name was Square Fire Department, because of 1891 was designed and built there by Charles Korn, building firefighters. The square also housed the factory cloth Francis Vogt, which currently houses offices of the Municipal Office.
Initially, the Town Hall was the seat of the Municipal Savings Bank, then the municipality and the council of Bielsko, who moved there from the old City Hall, located on the square of Joseph (it is currently the Square of the Polish Army). The City Hall also housed the headquarters of the municipal police. It utilizes the basement, in which decorated arrest.
In the Town Hall housed the town museum, professor who founded the school – Erwin Hanslik. Three rooms the museum was open to visitors on Sundays and public holidays. Another town hall room belonged to Civil Society, and lived in the attic officials.
