Horns is a village of Opole, which already in 1305 the church and the people there were paying tithes. For the first time Rogow owners were listed as witnesses in the documents princely: in 1339 Cunado de Rogov year and in 1351 r. Wernconus de Rogau. Among the subsequent owners were forms Rogow significant in political and public life of Silesia. In 1393 r. Herfert of break (Herbort of rumen) sold his estates brothers John and Adam Beesom for the amount of 650 Czech fines. Beesowie of Rogow repeatedly office was held by the writer in the princely courts of law firms in the Silesian Piast. Because of his duties belonged to wealthy people, which is reflected in the documents acts of buying and selling. Just before 1490 r. Adam, John and Nicholas Rogowska sold the property to a new owner, newcomer with Rogoznik Moravia John Rogojskiemu. This John is listed in the documents: from 1502 r. as the owner Rogow said was the separation of land Rogów from krapkowickich, and in the document of 1533 r. appears as a witness in a border dispute between Krapkowice and Steblów. In 1596 r. Stefan Rogojski made a will, in which the heir of goods in Rogow and Dąbrówka made his wife Eve Wrbską.
